Watch Selifa’s Film Trailer

In 2011, I produced a film titled Sherifa, inspired by my own life experiences. The film premiered in Togo in 2013 and was broadcast by Canal+ Africa in 2014. Following its release, I received heartfelt messages from women and girls across Togo and Africa who bravely shared their stories of abandonment, abuse, rape, lack of education, human trafficking, and female genital mutilation (FGM). They expressed immense gratitude for my decision to speak out for those without a voice.
